Josh Youngman

Josh is responsible for the strategic leadership of sales within the company and overseeing the sales teams as well as working alongside the other directors to formulate the corporate strategy. He has worked within the sales sector for the past 10 years within the UK and internationally as a key account manager for top tier sales teams and has personally managed in excess of 150 accounts with a sales turnover of circa £3.5mHe has a proven track record of managing all aspects of the sales funnel and sales team, as well as managing client accounts, including financial and IT Operations and this makes him ideally suited for the role of Sales Director. Josh is passionate about the continual growth and development of employees and uses his experience to install a coaching culture where teammates can thrive.
