Jake has worked within the financial sector for the past 6 years and has a proven track record within the industry where he has demonstrated a highly developed sense of performance and achievement with the ability to manage customer orientation. He is a driven individual with great planning and organisational skills which allowed him to assume the Head of Vehicle Finance at one the largest financial brokers in the UK, with a client list of over 3500 companies nationwide. During the 6-year period Jake has funded over £100,000,000 worth of finance and has been involved in multi-million-pound property, asset and commercial loan deals.
Founder and Managing Director
Mitch is responsible for all operational aspects of company strategy, formulates the strategic goals and is responsible for the flow of operations information to the senior management team. He is Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management and a former Armed Forces Police Commander and Senior Manager. Highly accomplished in implementing continuous improvement and business change across a variety of disciplines; a strong background in compliance, policy development, information management and security, financial planning, risk management, personnel management and organisation of workforces underpins this experience.
Josh is responsible for the strategic leadership of sales within the company and overseeing the sales teams as well as working alongside the other directors to formulate the corporate strategy. He has worked within the sales sector for the past 10 years within the UK and internationally as a key account manager for top tier sales teams and has personally managed in excess of 150 accounts with a sales turnover of circa £3.5m. He has a proven track record of managing all aspects of the sales funnel and sales team, as well as managing client accounts, including financial and IT Operations and this makes him ideally suited for the role of Sales Director. Josh is passionate about the continual growth and development of employees and uses his experience to install a coaching culture where teammates can thrive.

In support of our adherence to the GDPR we do not receive personal, financial and commercially sensitive information via email. Each client is provided with their own secure (two-factor authentication) portal where the documentation is uploaded. Where we need to share the aforementioned data with banks / lenders we only use existing secure portals or in the case where we have to use email, we protect the information using banking-level AES encryption.
